In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Please take note of our support hours.  We will usually respond within one business day.

Standard Support:

Monday to Friday (8 to 5pm) except holiday

Extended Premium Support (those who availed this):

Includes Saturday and Sunday (8 to 5pm)
(During extended hours, we will prioritize hardware failures to minimize business disruptions.  Other software and usage issues maybe addressed during normal business hours)
